Edit paragraph properties in report scripts

In report scripts, you can edit the properties of the paragraphs in sections and table cells.

You can edit the following paragraph properties.

  • Spacing above and below a paragraph

  • Line spacing within a paragraph

  • Display of the paragraph in the table of contents

  • Paragraph as a target of a cross reference

  • Paragraph indent

  • Paragraph alignment

  • Vertical alignment of a paragraph in a table cell

  • Text alignment of a paragraph in a table cell

Prerequisite

You have created a report script in design view.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open a report script in the design view of Script Editor.

  2. Right-click in a paragraph.

  3. Click Properties in the pop-up menu.

  4. Specify your settings on the Paragraph properties page.

  5. Click OK.

Your changes are transferred to the report script.
